For September 2022, Vogue Philippines makes its debut on newsstands. For its very first issue, the magazine celebrates the cultural richness of its country, with three covers featuring Chloe Magno – a half-Filipino and half-American model.
Photographed by Sharif Hamza, a British Filipino-Egyptian photographer; Chloe wears a Rajo Laurel dress with Chrishabana earrings in Mindanao on the first cover (above). On the second, she poses in a Ha.Mu dress at Tinipak River in the province of Rizal in Luzon. And the third cover shows Chloe wearing a Jinggoy Buensuceso gold crushed metal headpiece and Chris Nick dress at Biri Island in the province of Northern Samar in Visayas (below).
For the cover story, Vogue Philippines’ fashion director Pam Quinones dresses Chloe in a designer wardrobe from Beyond the Beach, Araw The Line, Goodtimes by Halohalo, Triangl, Leby Le Morìa, Olivier Theyskens, J’amemme amongst others.
