Giorgio Armani has found a right balance, between physical show and digital format, to present his collections – he, who does not believe much in the future of the virtual fashion show, he told the French daily Le Monde.
This balance was also found in the spirit of the collection, which judiciously blends elegant looks and comfort, fluid tailoring and luxurious sportswear, all in a range of neon shades reminding us of the aesthetics and energy of the 80s for those who still remember. One way to summon the creative energy of this decade to better imagine the one to come.
‘’The ’80s were a magical moment, an outburst of creativity, fantasy, money that came right after the harshness of the ’70s. I do not know if after the pandemic we will be entering similar conditions. I certainly hope so’’, said Giorgio Armani.
