There’s so much in this collection that it’s impossible to comment on them all, but what’s clear from all of them is that the daring cuts and innovative details discreetly let bare skin breathe in the sweltering summer heat. Here, an innovative neckline that reveals a slightly muscular torso; there, ultra-short shorts, featherweight seersucker jackets that float on bare skin or wide-leg pants that open at the bottom, airing the ankles. The color palette is vibrant, lively, yet natural, using a plethora of summery hues, including cool blues, slate grays, pure whites, jet blacks, pineapple yellows and organic or lime greens. And for accessories, Emporio Armani introduces colorful caps, swim cap-like headwear, half-moon sunglasses alongside new wavy rubber mules.
