Elle US unveils its ‘’Conservation Issue’’ for July 2019. The cover girls happen to be a quartet of supermodels with Gisele Bündchen, Naomi Campbell, Anja Rubik and Doutzen Kroes.
On four solo covers photographed by Chris Colls and styled by Ilona Hamer, Gisele wears a shorts from Etro and Chopard jewelry, Naomi a Dior t-shirt; Anja a Prada shirt, while Doutzen posing topless with a Tiffany & Co.’s Save the Wild Elephant brooch.
Inside the issue, the models talk about their connection to the environment. Naomi opens up about wearing sustainable clothes, ‘’I don’t care how old it is, if I have a connection or an affiliation or a love of the creativity of the person who made it and the design, I’m wearing it’’.
