London menswear stalwart Oliver Spencer switched up his show venue location for Fall/Winter 2019, taking guests to a lecture hall at the Royal Academy of Arts.
His Fall/Winter 2019 collection came out as ideas about sustainability. Considered by the fashion industry as a savvy educator in the fields of commerce and sustainability, Spencer worked with eco-wools in seasonal colors such as green, navy and golden yellow. He also used Alpinism theme to complement and inform his ongoing commitment to producing garments and accessories in sustainable materials. Here, utilitarian bomber jackets in beige and rich jewel-colours paired with velvet trousers and there, rope-laced shoes or chunky knitted jumpers in alpine patterns.
Spencer had not just intrepid adventuring in mind, he also paid attention to the relaxing silhouettes, as these bomber jackets with formal trousers to create a more casual-looking suit.
