Raf Simons Fall/Winter 2018 Campaign

Photographed by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo, Raf Simons debuts its Fall/Winter 2018 campaign. Dripping with dark and rich hues, the campaign touches on reference points of Dutch Golden Age and the still life paintings of Jan Davidsz de Heem​, one of the greatest Baroque painters of still life in Holland in the 1600s.
Simons once again called upon long-time collaborator, Antwerp based florist, Mark Colle to arrange flowers for the shoot. Embracing a drug-inspired gloom, Belgian male model Luca Lemaire fronts the advertisement. Sitting for dark portraits, Luca wears statement pieces that showcase Simons’ fascination with Christiane F.. The images are juxtaposed with stills of flowers and drugs.
