Together, they introduce “Sacai THE noodle by Menchirashi” to the renowned Landmark’s BaseHall, an innovative F&B arena.
The dining experience features Menchirashi’s popular dishes and extends to include exclusive menus created in collaboration with Tokyo’s CURRY UP®, designed by Nigo, and Yardbird, a renowned one Michelin star modern Japanese Izakaya in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong has always been a significant location for Sacai. It was here that the brand opened its first store outside of Japan and forged enduring relationships with local aficionados. The introduction of “Sacai THE noodle by Menchirashi” is another testament to this bond, offering patrons an inventive and refreshing way to rekindle their affection for the brand.
