Tommy Hilfiger returned to London Fashion Week by taking over the Tate Modern, the most visited modern art museum in Britain was transformed for the occasion into a nightclub, to present his latest collection in collaboration with the pilot Lewis Hamilton.
The Tommy Hilfiger x Lewis x H.E.R. collection, a three-way collaboration with Lewis Hamilton – Hamilton’s fourth for the brand – and the singer H.E.R., was broadcast live on the brand’s website and its social networks and the pieces were immediately put on sale, in ‘’see now, buy now’’.
The completely unisex line, putting a focus on values and presented as the most environmentally friendly for the brand, celebrated individuality and diversity.
80 looks of the collection oscillated between streetwear: tracksuits, sweatpants, oversized hoodies sweatshirts, cargo pants and bombers, available in colors ranging from neon yellow to pastel pink, and the preppy style for which, the American designer had revisited some of his classics which have made the success of his brand.
