For the publication’s new era, Vogue France selects ‘’new generation French icon’’ Aya Nakamura as the cover star for the November 2021 issue. Shot by photographer Carlijn Jacobs, Aya serves Grace Jones realness showcasing a look from Balenciaga’s Fall/Winter 2021 Haute Couture collection for a bold and visually-arresting cover image.
The cover story, styled by Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, features the French-Malian singer wearing designs from labels like Schiaparelli Haute Couture, Y/Project, Prada, Balmain, Nicolas Lecourt Mansion and Alexander McQueen.
