New York luxury designer, Brandon Maxwell, is expanding his influence by inaugurating his first-ever retail store in the bustling city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Known for his luxury designs that capture the spirit of modern fashion, Maxwell has reported a robust business base within the Middle Eastern market since the inception of his namesake label. This new flagship store represents a significant milestone in his brand’s growth and marks the first step in a strategic expansion into retail.

Ever since the launch of his initial collection, Maxwell has been engaging with Middle Eastern clients, paving the way for a natural transition into the region’s retail sector. “This store embodies the solid relationships we’ve cultivated over the years“, he adds.
The new flagship store in Riyadh is only the first step in a broader plan to expand both domestically and globally. Maxwell envisions strengthening his brand’s distribution in the U.S through alliances with wholesale partners, exploring direct-to-consumer channels, and opening more direct retail outlets.
Maxwell’s Riyadh store is nestled within Via Riyadh, a new retail hotspot that is home to high-end fashion brands such as Tom Ford, Elie Saab, Zimmermann, among others. Alongside these elite fashion labels, the shopping hub boasts fine dining, entertainment, and accessory labels, creating a rich blend of luxury and experience.
The flagship store, encompassing over 3,000 square feet, has been artfully designed by renowned architect Sr. Duccio Grassi and his team. It flaunts an open store design and a salon, radiating an air of sophistication and elegance. The store will offer an array of designs from both Brandon Maxwell Resort and Spring/Summer 2023 collections, with the promise of the upcoming Pre-Fall 2023 deliveries.
Adding a unique touch, the store will also feature exclusive designs specifically crafted for the Riyadh clientele. These designs will reflect the unique sensibilities of the local fashion scene and stand alongside Maxwell’s main collections.
The Riyadh store was soft-launched in May and a grand opening event is slated for fall, which is expected to be a grand spectacle in the fashion calendar.
