For Allure US’ October 2020 ‘’Best of Beauty’’ issue, the magazine puts Selena Gomez on the cover. Captured by photographer Micaiah Carter, Selena channels Mexican artist Frida Kahlo on the cover. The Rare Beauty founder applied her own make-up for the occasion (under the direction of Hung Vanngo via Zoom) and wore a leather LaQuan Smith dress teamed with a custom headpiece from Michael Schmidt.
