Continuing its multicultural vision, the “WHITE NOISE” Spring / Summer 2022 collection by GmbH from the duo of designers Benjamin Huseby and Serhat Isik took a wry look at the ruling class and WASP culture – for those who don’t know what that means “WASP”, this term means a radical ideology advocating the supremacy of the white race and xenophobic theories.

Referring to colonial outfit and bringing us to the Far West side, the collection offered a wide range of pieces in brown leather, denim, faux fur and high heeled boots, a nod to an archetype of the virility and the vision of a certain American male ideal at the beginning of the 20th century.
The collection also included a jewelry collaboration with Vietnamese-born designer Nhat-Vu Dang, but also with queer Palestinian fashion label Trashy Clothing on a halter top that reads: “Free Palestine”. Proceeds will benefit charities including Al Qaws, the oldest official Palestinian LGBTQ organization.
