This season, even Philipp Plein who is synonymous to massive parties and grander runway shows is thinking smaller.
Instead of one of his usual runway extravaganzas, Plein opted out of safety for a short film shot on the coast of Monaco and titled, ‘’I Know What You Did Next Summer’’.

The collection included only 21 looks. The looks were a mix of sportswear and show stopping evening wear, including everything from total black to neon leopard.
There was plenty of Plein-style logo comfort wear, leopard-print catsuits, leggings and tees, bike shorts, high-cut one-piece bathing suits, sneakers with jewel-faceted air pockets in the heels, and ortho-Velcro sandals with crystal skull logos.
‘’At this moment, I think people are starving for positive energy and positive moments. There’s so much negativity all around us’’, said Plein. And he’s not wrong there.
