Tory Burch, a household name when it comes to elegance and design, has just added another feather to her cap. Expanding her repertoire, the designer and executive chairman of her eponymous brand brings forth a sumptuous scent experience: the Essence of Dreams Layering Oils. Not only will these captivating oils be gracing Tory Burch stores and their online platform, but also they’ll be available at Nordstrom.

It’s been a year since Tory Burch, in collaboration with fragrance magnate Shiseido, introduced the Essence of Dreams fragrance collection. This range was not just another addition; it was the brand’s groundbreaking foray into the realm of perfumery. And now, with the Essence of Dreams Layering Oils, Burch intends to offer fragrance aficionados a novel perspective. “We created layering oils to give people a new way to think about fragrance. I wanted to capture the purest form of vetiver, sandalwood, and rose. They are luxurious and beautiful to wear alone, or layered to enhance another scent you love,” she elucidated.

Let’s delve a tad deeper, shall we? The collection includes three masterpieces:
Essence of Rose: An ethereal blend of Bulgarian rose, rejuvenated rose water, the zestiness of bergamot, with morning dew accord and sensuous musks.
Essence of Vetiver: A concoction that sings of Madagascan vetiver, warm ambrette absolute, tangy bergamot, spicy black pepper, and aromatic coriander seeds.
Essence of Sandalwood: A symphony with Australian sandalwood at its heart, interlaced with balsamic and resounding cedar notes.

Crafted with love and precision, these fragrances are enriched with avocado oil, vitamin E, and olive oil. Their aesthetic appeal is further accentuated in chic Malin Ericson-designed bottles.

Tory Burch reflects on the evolving relationship between individuals and fragrances, stating, “I have definitely seen a shift in the way people approach fragrance. It isn’t about wearing the same one for years, it’s about experimenting with different scents based on your mood.”
