Berluti is leaning into a chic and relaxed approach for its new Spring/Summer 2022 collection, designed by the in-house design studio after the departure of Kris Van Assche.

The real star of this collection was the Scritto pattern. Usually used and calligraphed on the House’s fine leather goods (shoes and leather goods), the Scritto has been enlarged and imported here on the brand’s classics. Woven, knitted or printed, often entirely abstract and sometimes all-over, the pattern presented itself in different and varied faces, thanks to millimeter-precise positioning and fitting techniques.
As for the silhouettes, they were supple, fluid, comfortable and relaxed, supported by colors that were both intense (sienna, eggplant, petrol) and softer, such as shades of khaki green, beige and gray that complement each other and which accentuated details and beautiful fabrics widely used by the house.
